      I am a POST certified internal affairs investigator.   I am currently conducting  internal affairs investigations for local law enforcement. As a veteran law enforcement officer and supervisor I have investigated many internal complaints.  For the smaller law enforcement agencies, it is difficult at times not to become personally involved, in fact at times a supervisor may be a friend to the accused or just the opposite, the parties may have had problems in the past.  Neither of these combinations make for a fair and impartial investigation.

      As an uninvolved party I will not have any preconceived ideas of an officers guilt or innocence.  I will assure you that these investigations will be fair and impartial to both the officer and the citizen.

      Whether you are anticipating a hostile termination, or feel threatened by one of your employees, we can help. Although not all problem employees can be detected by Pre-Screening, we always urge our clients to conduct a Background Investigation to reduce their odds of hiring a troubled individual.

      The level of protection often depends on the current threat assessment. The greater the threat, the more Protective Agents dispatched. Typically, an advanced team will be sent to the work-site in preparation for the targeted threat to arrive. With particularly hostile terminations, Agents can be placed in the workplace, at the Executives residence and if necessary, conducting constant surveillance on the target.

 

AOE/COE Workers' Comp

Worker Compensation AOE – COE investigations center around determining the facts surrounding an alleged injury by a worker on the job.  The term AOE – COE refers to determining if a work comp injury is "Arising Out of Employment" or it is in the "Course Of Employment."

The thorough and competent AOE – COE investigation is crucial in the early stages of a Worker Compensation claim. Injury related accident facts must be established immediately because evidence gets lost and memories deteriorate with time. In addition, it is important to nail down the statement of the claimant and witnesses prior to possible coaching by interested parties.

Domestic Investigations

These sensitive Investigations, which we conduct with the utmost discretion, are usually initiated by one side of a two-party relationship, in which, for whatever reason, trust between the two parties has been breached.

This kind of investigation can involve background checks and other data gathering.

In addition, surveillance is often required to establish an individual's whereabouts and his or her pattern of activity.

Be aware: These investigations sometimes yield inconclusive results or results which can have multiple interpretations.  In addition, investigations of suspected infidelity might seem desirable and worthwhile at the outset, but confirmation of suspected infidelity can lead to painful strains in relationships and dramatic, unanticipated life changes.

An individual in a deteriorating personal relationship should carefully consider whether ordering an investigation will -- because of the lack of trust implied by this action --actually damage the relationship more than the findings of an investigation.

In any event, these findings will be documented in a final Investigative Report, which will provide to you once the investigation is concluded.

Witness or Subject Locator (Skip Trace)

Standard locate: $200.00 ($50.00 no hit)  Trace returns most probable  address and five year address history (if available).  This is the           recommended service if information will be turned over to a process server.

Service of Process

- Local service (with valid address): $75.00 (Three attempts), includes Fresno & Clovis.  Skip tracing rates are additional if valid address is not supplied.

-Outside of Fresno/Clovis metro area: Standard travel rates and mileage applies.

-Additional charges may apply for rush or difficult service.

Asset Investigations

These types of investigations usually have a flat fee, with no additional expenses.  There is a minimum fee of $300.00 for this type of investigation.
